1. Delivery Area
We currently ship only within the UK.
We do not deliver outside the UK at this time.
2. Shipping Carriers & Charges
We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

DPD UK
Shipping Charge: £3.99 per order, flat rate.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, risk passes to you.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Track your order with the carrier for real-time updates.
6. Multiple Items or Large Orders
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels.
Delivery charges are per order, not per item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Severe weather
Public holidays
Customs inspections (if applicable)
